Sona masuri rice is an ideal commodity which is also the staple diet of over 70% of world’s population is widely consumed for its rich carbohydrates and essential vitamins. Sona Masoori (also known as Sona Masuri, Samba Masuri, BPT 5204 and many others) is a medium-grain rice grown largely in the Indian States of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. In the State of Andhra Pradesh, in native Telugu language, this variety rice is called as Bangaru Theegalu (meaning ‘Golden Ivy’). Sona Masoori rice is light weight, aromatic and form one of the staple diet for varied natives. This premium quality as a fan following for its taste and aroma that lasts its lifetime. IR 64 parboiled rice which is a major source for carbohydrate finds widespread usage in south India, Nepal, Bangladesh, sri lanka, Senegal amoing, south Africa, benin, Nigeria among others. Following the defined agricultural guidelines and standards, we grow and process our IR64 Parboiled Rice under the strict vigilance. This rice is soaked, steamed, dried, and then milled to remove the outer hull. This procedure gelatinizes the starch in the grain, and is adopted at the mill in order to harden the grain, resulting in less breakage, thus ensuring a firmer, more separate grain.

Rice other than Basmati is called Non-Basmati Rice. In India it has been reported that there are thousands of varieties available throughout the country. But very few of them are accepted in International market. Non-Basmati rice comes in all kinds of different shapes and sizes. Non-Basmati have similar characteristics like Basmati rice. Idly Rice is a staple food consumed chiefly in varieties of food items all over South India. The grain is short, bold kernel with a white belly in the kernel. This variety is naturally smooth and we assured to use latest processing methods to retain the natural shine. Available as long, medium and short grain varieties. For making soft idlis few things needs to be consider. Texture of the batter matters a lot, which depends on the type of rice we are using for idlis. Use idli rice for making the batter, in case if you are not able to get idli rice, then you can use parboiled rice or any other rice with short to medium size. Long grain rice is not recommended for idlis. Idly are a type of savoury rice cake, originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular as breakfast foods throughout India and northern Sri Lanka. The cakes are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice. The fermentation process breaks down the starches so that they are more readily metabolized by the body.
